Your Expenses


  Most of the MAC presenters are sponsored by one of the publisher members of the Association of Catholic Publishers (ACP).

Please talk directly with your sponsor about your travel, accommodations, per diem, and any other expenses. All speakers receive a complimentary registration.

Audio-Visual Support (AV)


All rooms include the following AV support.

  • Standing podium microphone
  • Screen
  • LCD Projector
  • Table
  • Hook-up for a computer
  • Electrical hook-up

MAC does not provide computers or cords (PC or MAC) to connect a computer to the LCD projector. If you have not provided up with your AV requirements, please complete this online form.

Wireless Access


  If you require Wi-Fi as part of your presentation, please complete this online form to let us know. We have mobile devices that are distributed only to those presenters who require Wi-Fi as part of their presentation.

When You Arrive


When you arrive at the Hilton Baltimore Hotel, go to the registration desk in the Key East Foyer (2nd level outside the Key Ballroom, next to the escalators and elevators.) You can pick up your registration materials including your name badge there.

Your Meeting Room


Meeting Rooms at the Hilton Baltimore Hotel are spread out on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors. 

  • We recommend that you vist your meeting room before your session so you know where it is.
  • All meeting rooms will be in use during all breakout sessions. 
  • There will be 30-60 minutes between breakout sessions. You may arrive at any time to check equipment and set-up.
  • Please do not leave anything in the meeting rooms without supervision.



  The MAC provides a hospitality suite for speakers throughout the Congress. Meals are served as well as snacks and hot and cold beverages during MAC hours.
